Whether you are running 7, 8, 16, 17 or somewhere in between all of that, come on out and join us Saturday, Old Trace Park at 5:30am! We will meet in the opposite corner this week, as there is more shade for us later in the morning.

If you are training for the full marathon, you have 4 MORE LOOONG DISTANCES before race day! WOW! You can do this!
Now for the let’s party part. Let’s celebrate how far we’ve come by bringing some snacks for post-run recovery! I think we will bring some watermelon!
Between now and then, be sure to hydrate, eat well, and get your rest! Remember to eat a little breakfast before you run and be prepared to refuel during your run. Watch out for your neighbor and keep to the time limit.
Also, our friends over at The Good Samaritan Center need our help! We will be collecting pantry items and Kroger cards for their pantry. The are running low and have a lot of people to feed. Many of us run, because we can, so let’s give because we can, as well. If 100 of us show up and everyone brings just 1 item, then we change not only ourselves, but the world around us!
