About: Mark Simpson

Mark & Robin Simpson are the Founders and Directors of Marathon Makeover, LLC. Having once been couch potatoes, they decided to ditch the couch in 2004 and started training for their first marathon... but not alone. They trained with 20 other couch potatoes and lead them to a marathon finish. Since that date, Marathon Makeover have helped over 1,500 couch potatoes train for and finish a half or full marathon.
